On August 21, 2018, the delegation visited south Palm lifecare nursing home and visited its current operating conditions and the working conditions of its employees.

During this visit, Michelle, the operation manager of the nursing home and David, the President of the group introduced more information about the nursing home.

The nursing home is divided into three different areas according to the needs of different peoplethe hospital, the nursing home and the nursing room.

Hospitals are specially designed to take care of the elderly who cannot live on their own. The convalescence room provides an independent room for the elderly who are willing to live in a nursing home and can live on their own. Most of the elderly who can live on their own like to choose to buy the convalescence villa, and can get the corresponding medical security in time.

The hospital has 120 beds currently, 17 registered nurses and 64 nursing home care workers providing 24/7 medical care.

In addition, the nursing home has 30 villas, which are priced below the average price in the estate market. All the villas have been sold out already. The nursing home currently has 100 staff, including nurses, carers, cleaning staff, kitchen staff and gardeners.

The open space next to the nursing home is currently leased to a factory, which has the potential to expand.
